Pensiunea este noua, se afla la 5 km de Calimanesti, respectiv 10 km de Parcul National Cozia. Pensiunea este formata din Parter+ Etaj+ Mansarda. La etajul 1 se afla 3 camere cu baie proprie, iar la mansarda un apartament format din 2 camere cu o baie. Afara se afla un foisor complet utilat, servind ca bucatarie.
Fiecare camera este dotata cu televizor, feon, prosop picioare, prosop mare de baie si prosop de fata, accesorii pensiune(sapun, gel dus, casca baie, accesorii demachere, crema hidratanta).
Pensiunea are gradina in spate cu foisor, gratar, cuptor, cuptor microunde, aragaz, vesela, loc de luat masa, masa tenis, jocuri copii, hamace.
